Machinery Diagnostics - Module 02

Introduction:

This training will equip participants to operate the Machinery Diagnostic System for real-time data collection, interpret diagnostic plots, select suitable plot formats for various diagnostic stages, and identify common machine faults such as unbalance, misalignment, rubs, cracks, and fluid issues.

Objective:

• Learn to use ADRE system for efficient real-time data collection
• Use the diagnostic plots to display critical data such as vibration and position data
• Explain which plot formats are best to use in the different stages of machine diagnostics
• Recognize problems such as unbalance; misalignment; rubs; shaft cracks and fluid

• Engineers / Technicians who use ADRE 408 system for data acquisition
• Engineers who interpret machine vibration and position data to determine machine condition
